Mickey Phillips was a beloved teacher at SLC for 23 years, and her unwavering dedication to children, families, and colleagues remains a cornerstone of SLC’s mission and values. Her remarkable ability to identify and address the unique needs of every child set a powerful example for all who had the privilege of working alongside her.

In honor of her legacy, the Mickey Phillips Scholarship will be awarded to families who would benefit from the specialized services and support that SLC provides to children with special needs.
