Tuition Refund Policy
Monthly tuition payments are due on the 15th of each month, beginning May 15 and ending January 15. Invoices will be sent through the Brightwheel app two weeks prior to the due date for families enrolled in the monthly payment plan. A late fee of $10.00 per month may be applied to payments received after the 20th.
As an independent, not-for-profit preschool, our program operates on a carefully planned annual budget that relies on tuition commitments to maintain high-quality staffing, programming, materials, and facilities for our students.
For this reason, tuition payments are non-refundable.
Once tuition is paid, it cannot be refunded or credited for any reason, including but not limited to:
Student absences
Illness or injury
Family travel or schedule changes
Weather-related closures
Program withdrawal
School closures beyond our control
Tuition represents a family’s commitment to a reserved space in our program. Because staffing and resources are allocated based on enrollment, we are unable to offer refunds or prorated tuition for missed days or early withdrawal.
The $100 registration fee is non-refundable.
